How to Book An Appointment for Arthrosamid® Knee Injections

1. Required Forms

Arthrosamid® is an advanced, long-acting hydrogel treatment for chronic knee osteoarthritis. Due to the specialized nature of this treatment, patients are required to submit four completed forms before an appointment can be scheduled.

All four completed forms must be submitted by email to info@canmagnetic.com for processing.

2. Scheduling

Once we have received all four completed forms, one of our specialists will contact the patient directly to arrange a short virtual consultation. Following the consultation, your Arthrosamid® knee injection appointment will be scheduled.

3. Consult/Treatment

At your appointment, a specialist will review your condition and, if appropriate, perform the Arthrosamid® injection using image-guided precision.

Consult - A CMI specialist reviews your condition, and performs the recommended procedure.

All treatments will take place at 2225 West Broadway, Vancouver, B.C. V6K 2E4.

4. Results

A report of the treatment performed will be delivered to the patient upon request.

Results - Reports of the procedure performed will be delivered to the referrer and to the patient if requested by the patient.

Payments will be collected at the clinic at the time of treatment. Forms of payment are Visa / Mastercard / Debit.
