1. Referral

For spine-related injections, patients will require a referral from a physician or nurse practitioner. In addition to the referral, patients are required to complete a questionnaire. The referral and completed questionnaire must be sent by email to info@canmagnetic.com for processing:

2. Scheduling

Once we are in receipt of both the referral and completed questionnaire, one of our specialists will contact the patient directly for a short, virtual consultation. After the consultation, the appointment will be scheduled.

Patients will be contacted directly, so please ensure that the phone number/email for the patient is clearly indicated on the referral.

3. Consult/Treatment

At your appointment, a specialist will review your condition and, if appropriate, perform the recommended treatment.

Consult - A CMI specialist reviews your condition, and performs the recommended procedure.

All treatments will take place at the Kinetix Medicine Clinic located at 2225 West Broadway, Vancouver, B.C. V6K 2E4, Tel: (604) 416-0630.

4. Results

Reports of the treatment performed will be delivered to the referrer and to the patient if requested by the patient.
